General conditions applicable to all reservations made on the Dream Gracia website.

 

  1. CONDITIONS OF PAYMENT

Outstanding balance. The amount pending payment will be paid, in cash or by credit card, at the time of arrival at the apartment.

Refundable deposit. To cover any damage to the apartment, the client must pay a deposit by credit card, which costs 200 €.

This amount will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as all the conditions for it are met.

Likewise, a surcharge of 75 € will be applied when the apartment is not returned in conditions of reasonable cleanliness and order (ex. displaced furniture, dirty kitchen, garbage accumulation).

  1. CONCEPTS INCLUDED IN THE PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION

The amount of the reservation includes VAT (10%), weekly cleaning for stays over 7 nights, final cleaning of the stay and water, electricity, gas and wifi.

It is not included:

Check-in after 8 p.m., whose price is 30 €, and the municipal tourist tax.

  1. NUMBER OF GUESTS.

It is forbidden to stay in the apartment contracted to a number of guests superior to the one declared in the reservation (except children under 2 years), unless express authorization of Dream Grace and prior payment of the price increase.

  1. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

The client can cancel his reservation without any cost up to 15 days before his arrival. No change will be penalized if it is communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications will only be accepted if the availability and character of the apartment allows.

  1. RESPONSIBILITY

Use of the apartment. When making a reservation on this website, the client and his companions undertake to make an appropriate use of the rented apartment, exempting in any case Dream Gracia from any responsibility for the damages that this use may cause.

Valuable items. Dream Gracia is not responsible for the valuables that the client carries and / or deposits in the apartment.

Damage caused. The client will be responsible for the damages caused in the apartment, except for the normal wear caused by the daily use of the apartment. In case of losing the keys you will have to pay the expenses derived from making copies and / or changing the lock.

  1. OTHER CONDITIONS

Pets. The presence of animals in the apartments is not allowed.

It is important to respect the rest of all the guests so it is requested not to perform noisy activities, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., avoiding all those actions that may be annoying, such as having the loud music volume , noises, etc. The parties and the entrance of people not housed in the house are forbidden to respect the rest of the guests.

Acceptance. Booking an apartment with Dream Gracia implies the acceptance of these general conditions, as well as the jurisdiction and competence of the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.

Personal information. In compliance with the current regulations on data protection regulated by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 we inform you that the personal data you provide us will be incorporated into a file owned by DREAM BARNA FLAT, S.L. who, as responsible for it, will use it for the purposes specified above in this privacy policy.

Likewise, personal data may be brought to the attention of employees or collaborators of DREAM BARNA FLAT, S.L. Such parties are formally designated and authorized to process and receive the appropriate operational instructions in this regard. In addition, the data can be processed by external companies that DREAM BARNA FLAT, S.L. It can be used in relation to the management of the contractual relationship with customers or for their own organizational needs and their activities. The data, in any case, are not subject to general disclosure.

The owner of the data can exercise his rights before the person in charge of treatment DREAM BARNA FLAT, S.L. at any time in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Therefore, the owner of the data has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and his communication in intelligible form; to obtain indications about the origin of the data, the purposes of processing, the processing methods, the File Manager and his representative and the parties to whom the data can be communicated; to the data being corrected, complemented and updated, as well as deleted or transformed anonymously.

The owner of the data may request the cessation at any time of the processing activities related to direct marketing, commercial communications and market research. For the effective exercise of all these rights you must send written notice to DREAM BARNA FLAT, S.L. or through the email info@dreamgraciabcn.com that we provide in all our commercial communications. In the case of receiving a request for deletion, we will proceed to cancel your data from our mailing list, within the period established by law.

Arrival. The entrance to our apartments takes place at 3:00 p.m. If you wish to enter the apartment before the scheduled time, please let us know in order to organize, if possible, an early check-in.

Exit. The apartments must be left free for cleaning at the latest at 11 a.m. If you wish to leave the apartment between 11 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., please let us know in order to organize it, if possible.
